Your Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations with a focus oncompassionate careand asupportive atmospherefor residents. Craft and implementpersonalized care plansthat honor each residents unique needs and preferences, ensuring their well-being and dignity. Champion the growth of your nursing team throughmentorship and training, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Uphold the highest standards of care by conductingthorough auditsand implementingeffective quality improvements, ensuring full compliance with HIQA regulations. Maintain asafe and secure environmentby rigorously enforcing health and safety protocols, including hygiene, fire safety, and proactive maintenance. What You Bring to the Team: Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMBI registration. At least 3 years of progressive management experience within a nursing home setting. A Level 6 Qualification in Management, Leadership, or a closely related field. Demonstrated ability toinspire and lead teams, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of HIQA standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in residential care. Eligibility to work in Ireland (valid work permit or EU/EEA/Swiss nationality).
