Fexco Managed & Advisory Services are currently recruiting for a Process & Change Manager to join their SEAI team on a fixed-term contract for maternity leave cover. This role is based in Cahersiveen, Co. Kerry with remote and hybrid working options available. Job Purpose Fexco Managed Services currently has a requirement for a Process and Change Manager within the SEAI team. The purpose of the Project Management function is to define and deliver multiple complex projects to agreed scope, time and budget constraints. The Process and Change Manager’s responsibility will be to manage all change within the contract, interact with all internal and external stakeholders to implement changes and ensure that processes are aligned with all new change. This role requires a candidate with strong attention to detail, a solid client facing, process driven ethos with an emphasis on teamwork, collaboration and the ability to work on their own initiative. Main Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering on the requirements of the Managed Services Change Framework
- Ensuring that all documentation and processes comply with company policy and regulatory requirements
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports for the Management Team and other stakeholders when required
- Understanding and communicating the impact and risk arising from a change request
- Providing crucial assessment of the change request resulting in Go/No-go recommendations, an alternative solution/approach or significant deviation from initial expectation and quantifying commercials where appropriate.
- Coordinating resourcing and delivery with internal and external stakeholders for all changes required by the operation
- Taking a lead role in managing change and facilitating meetings and workshops as required to implement any necessary change, with internal and external stakeholders including CAB
- Managing relationships with the clients and operational team and ensuring all approved changes are agreed, understood and implemented.
- Managing cost/benefit analysis post change implementation.
- 2 years’ experience in a project management or change management role required
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office essential
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of change management approaches/framework would be an advantage
- Experience in risk management would be an advantage
- Proven experience in working with teams and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive individual with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a cross-functional team with excellent relationship building skills.
- A proven ability to comprehend and navigate systems quickly is essential
- Effective leadership with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven enthusiasm for continuous development.
- An inquisitive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable and capable of communicating with all levels of the business; both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism.
