Senior Product Manager

KGI Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our Wealth Management division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse product portfolio, supporting the sales team, and overseeing end-to-end product processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our product strategy and contribute significantly to our growth in the competitive wealth management sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of financial products within the Wealth Management division, including mutual funds, fixed income, and structured products. Develop and implement product strategies aligned with market trends and company objectives. Maintain and strengthen relationships with product providers, external fund houses, and other key counterparties. 2. Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the Wealth Management sales team to understand client needs. Provide product expertise and support to drive sales and revenue growth. Develop and deliver product training programs for the sales team. Design and implement product-specific sales tools and materials to support the sales team. 3. Product Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end product onboarding process. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Identify opportunities to expand our product suite by sourcing and onboarding new third-party products based on market research and client feedback. 4. Product Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on all products before onboarding. Assess product risks, features, and suitability for target client segments. Develop and implement appropriate selling processes for each product type. Collaborate with compliance to ensure selling processes adhere to regulatory standards. Maintain up-to-date documentation on product due diligence processes and findings. 5. Product Advisory: Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and risks to internal stakeholders and clients. Develop product-related content for marketing materials and client communications. Attend industry events, conduct market research, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings to inform product strategies and development. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in product management within the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of wealth management products and services. Proven track record in product development, launch, and lifecycle management. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services industry. Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
