Job Scope: Perform full 360 recruitment cycle Leads generation and cold calling to acquire new clients Manage and grow existing accounts Source, screen, assess potential candidates according to job requirement Handle full process from interview to offer stage Requirements: Must be CEI certified Min 2 years experience as a recruitment consultant Possess own clientele base or willing to BD actively Comfortable with a full commission scheme (no basic salary) Able to work from home and operate independently Click 'APPLY' to proceed.
