One of our reputed Banking Clients is currently looking for an Islamic Banking Outdoor Sales Executive (Credit Cards & Loans). Job Purpose:
- The Retail Islamic Banking Sales Executive is responsible for driving the sales of retail banking products, including savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, credit cards, and loans.
- The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their financial goals.
- The agent will work to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank's retail banking segment.
- Also, to promote, educate and sell prospect customers of Retail Banking Products and Services and assist them to complete the application.
- Actively promote and sell retail banking products to prospective customers through various channels (face-to-face, telemarketing, events, etc.).
- Identify and approach potential customers in targeted areas or demographics to open new accounts or take up banking products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all retail banking products and services.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of the products.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand customer needs. Provide feedback to the product development team on customer preferences and market trends.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulations, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback for management review.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or Diploma in Banking, Accounting, Finance with proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Minimum 2 Years Previous experience in sales will be an advantage, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- In-depth understanding of retail banking products and financial markets.
