We are seeking a creative Marketing Lead to join our team at Beacon Private School in Bahrain.

About the Role:

This position is essential in enhancing the school's brand image and ensuring effective communication with our target audience. The ideal candidate should demonstrate goal-oriented business acumen to make a real impact on marketing and bring quality leads to the school's admissions department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality photographs during school events, activities, and celebrations to showcase learners' achievements and school culture.
  • Organize and manage a photo archive for easy access and future use.
  • Edit and enhance photos for promotional materials, newsletters, and social media posts using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and layouts that align with the school's branding and aesthetic.
  • Record and edit videos to create compelling content for school marketing, events, and announcements.
  • Develop and produce creative promotional videos to highlight key programs and initiatives that drive student enrollment.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the school's programs and values, with the objective of increasing learner engagement and enrolment.
  • Manage the school's social media platforms, website content, and digital presence to maintain a robust online reputation.
  • Collaborate with external partners to organize events that promote the school's programs and values.
  • Create a marketing plan that establishes a strong presence of the school in both digital and physical scenarios.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in photography and design with a background in marketing, preferably within the education sector.
  • Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns, both digital and physical, with measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) as well as Canva, with expertise in graphic design and video editing.
  • Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interdepartmental skills to work closely with the admissions department to establish a collaborative strategy and oversee any necessary changes for optimal campaign outcomes.
