Position Summary: The Induction Furnace Engineer is responsible for ensuring efficient operations and continuous improvement initiatives. The Induction Furnace Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams. Principal Accountabilities:
- Maintain a safe work environment. Demonstrate leadership with all company and industry safety standards.
- Design and develop process flows and layouts for production operations.
- Analyze existing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage project assessments across Pre-FEED, FEED, and Detailed Engineering stages.
- Provide timely engineering solutions and operational support.
- Provide process engineering services on large projects.
- Supervise within the process engineering team.
- Support the process team for process design.
