Senior Program Manager - HCM and Payroll Integration Apex Systems is a global IT services provider and our staffing practice has an opening for a Sr Program Manager to place at our client, the ideal candidate will have experience with extensive experience in HCM and payroll systems, experience leading large integration programs and excellent communication skills . Key Responsibilities: Senior Program Manager - HCM and Payroll Integration Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager with domain expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) and payroll systems. This role will focus on the early migration of Workday HCM capabilities to SuccessFactors, uplifting SuccessFactors for global operations, and setting up time and payroll processes for Canadian and global payroll. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning, preparation, and execution of the integration program.
  • Oversee the migration of Workday HCM capabilities to SuccessFactors.
  • Enhance SuccessFactors to support global operations, ensuring effective operation across different geographies.
  • Establish and manage time and payroll processes for Canadian and global payroll.
  • Manage gross-to-net payroll processes, including outsourcing with ADP and other global providers.
  • Build credibility within the HCM or HR organization through domain expertise.
  • Facilitate and drive outcomes from a delivery perspective, ensuring successful implementation.
  • Develop and implement the program structure, addressing issues and building out the implementation plan.
  • Follow established methods and keep the team moving forward, including steering committees and operational steering committees.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in HCM and payroll systems, with a strong understanding of both Workday and SuccessFactors.
  • Proven track record of leading large integration programs.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with global payroll processes and outsourcing.
Additional Information:
  • This role is positioned as a contract-to-hire (CTH) with the potential for a permanent program manager position.
  • The program is a long-term initiative, with work continuing until the integration is fully completed.
  • The role involves more of a portfolio management focus over the longer term.
