Job Description Fathom’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) oversees the company's day-to-day operations, drives strategic initiatives, and ensures the successful execution of our business goals. Fathom’s COO is a world leading expert in core catastrophe modelling technology, particularly in developing analytics tools, and has a deep understanding of the risk management industry. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the company’s operational functions, including product development, customer success, and technology infrastructure. Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s vision and business objectives. Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive business growth and profitability. Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality of service. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to achieve financial targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors. Qualifications Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role within a technology company. Expertise in developing and managing analytics tools, preferably in the insurance industry.
