Key responsibilities include: · Managing, organizing, verifying and reconciling datasets · Performing validation and quality control checks · Producing ongoing and as needed analysis to assess media performance · Writing client ready reports and documents · Liaising internally and externally to ensure and maximize team operational accuracy and efficiency · Assisting with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks across the department · Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices Required Skills and Qualifications: · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint · Excellent attention to detail and double-checking skills · Strong organizational and time management skills · Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills · Ability to work independently and in a team environment · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal · Ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of others Ideal Candidate Attributes:  · Collaborative team player with a positive and helpful attitude · Ambitious, proactive, and results-oriented mindset · A passion for working with and analyzing datasets with an ability to think critically · Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines · Commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous learning · A background in television, buying, analytics or fundraising would be an asset Why Join Eaglecom?   At Eaglecom, you’ll be part of a mission-driven organization that blends media, creative, analytics, and strategy to achieve extraordinary outcomes.
