À propos du poste À titre de spécialiste, Expansion de la clientèle, vous serez responsable d’effectuer des appels, de générer des pistes de vente et de fournir des solutions visant à ravir le client. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la qualification et l’expansion de notre clientèle et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec diverses équipes internes, notamment celles des ventes et du marketing. - Effectuer des appels à des clients potentiels.
- Qualifier les pistes de vente en évaluant leurs besoins, leur budget et leur processus décisionnel.
- Faire participer les clients potentiels à des entretiens fructueux afin de découvrir les possibilités et de surmonter les objections.
- Tenir des dossiers exacts et à jour des interactions et des résultats dans un système de gestion des relations avec la clientèle (GRC).
- Atteindre ou dépasser les cibles et les objectifs mensuels.
- Diplôme d’études secondaires; diplôme d’études collégiales, un atout
- Expérience des appels sortants ou du télémarketing
- Excellentes compétences de communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Capacité de gérer efficacement les objections et les refus
- Connaissance pratique d’un système de GRC
- Anglais requise
- Motivation personnelle, volonté de réussir et solides compétences organisationnelles et interpersonnelles
- Capacité de s’adapter et d’exceller dans un marché en évolution rapide
- Fiabilité, ponctualité, solide éthique de travail et attitude positive
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover opportunities and overcome objections.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of all interactions and outcomes in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Meet or exceed monthly objectives and targets.
- High School diploma; College Degree an asset.
- Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively navigate objections and handle rejections.
- Familiarity with using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- English is required
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Able to adapt and excel in fast paced, changing market conditions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
