Registered Nurse

The Opportunity: Rochedale Gardens Retirement Living is a large retirement living community located in Rochedale South. We are expanding our Nursing team and looking for an Enrolled or Registered Nurse to assist us in filling shifts. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the care and well-being of our residents. Night-shift availability is highly regarded. About the Role:

• Lead, supervise and educate a team of Personal Care Attendants and ensure the delivery of person-centred care at the highest possible standard.
• Ensure all residents receive general and support services in line with resident contracts and care plans and be accountable for all medication management.
• Maintain effective inter-personal relationships with residents and wider stakeholders.
• Liaise effectively with external service providers who provide care within the community.
• Respond to first-aid emergencies.

What You Will Bring:

• Current AHPRA registration and CPR certificate (required).
• Current Police Check clearance (required, however we can complete for you).
• Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date (required).
• Experience in Community Care or Retirement Living (desired).
• Trustworthy, reliable & enjoy working in a team environment.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
