Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Ocean Export Coordinator at Del Corona & Scardigli Canada Inc. The role is primarily located in Montreal, QC but allows for some work from home. The Ocean Export Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily ocean export shipments, ensuring timely documentation, providing excellent customer service, and managing communication with various stakeholders. Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- English & French
- Export Documentation and Ocean Export skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in export logistics
- Knowledge of ocean shipping regulations and procedures
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
- Permanent Canadian residence is a must
- Must be located in Montreal, QC
