User Experience Researcher

🌟 We’re Hiring a UX Researcher! 🌟 We’re seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join a fast-paced team. If you have 3+ years of experience in user research and thrive in quick-turnaround environments, this is your chance to make a real impact. Logistics:

• Projected Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Temp to perm (6 months temp, with possible extension)
• Hours: 40 hour per week
• Onsite/offsite: 100% Remote
• Pay Rate: CAD30- CAD40/hourly DOE

Responsibilities:

• Conduct usability studies to understand user needs, goals, and pain points.
• Analyze qualitative data and identify actionable insights.
• Document findings and communicate recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in user research, with a focus on quick-turnaround studies.
• Master’s degree in HCI, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
