Summary of Role Responsibilities include: Deputy Marketing Manager in the Retention Team of My11Circle would be an integral part of the team in devising strategies and planning operations to retain our existing user base. You’ll be required to assist the team in developing campaign plans, taking data-backed decisions and monitor reporting. Your primary responsibilities include below:
- Managing/ideating/executing the campaigns to improve the revenue of My11Circle acquired users on other games, primarily RummyCircle.
- Build an in-depth understanding of the product, user gameplay and our in-house CRM system to formulate and execute various Retention marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the Revenue, Brand, Product, and Analytics teams for creation, development and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Increase engagement and success of our messaging channels like Whatsapp, SMS, IVR, Push notifications etc
- Collaborate with Analytics team, leverage data to develop new marketing strategies and continually optimize the effectiveness of existing campaigns
- Assist the team in campaign reporting, monitoring and tracking of different campaigns & also publish appropriate performance dashboards
- Craft good quality message templates for different channels
- Drive and monitor A/B tests and data driven experiments to strive for continuous improvement in campaign metrics.
- In collaboration with Marketing ops team, manage and own project timelines, creative quality, and content effectiveness
- D – MBA in Marketing from a reputed college.
- E - Excellent academic record, strong logical and analytical skills.
- E – More than 2 year of experience in marketing (preferably online)
- D - Should have experience running new customer communication programs or running customer retention programs (preferably for a Mobile Product or a Mobile website)
- D - Ability to work with data and uncover insights into consumer mindset.
- E - Out of the box thinker and innovator.
- E - Excellent communication, good with content creation (oral and written)
