Android Framework Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Android Framework Engineer with good knowledge of AOSP, Java & Kotlin. At Primebook, you’ll have the opportunity to work on core parts of PrimeOS that drive our core business, not just side tasks. Important Note - We kindly request that app developers, including those specialized in Kotlin, who have not worked with AOSP refrain from applying, as this role requires specific expertise in AOSP development. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience with AOSP, Java & Kotlin.
• Must have experience in compiling and debugging of AOSP.
• Must understand basic android app development and how apps work.
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills are necessary.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• You should be good in R&D, it is necessary for this role.

• At least 2+ years of proven relevant experience.
• Hands on experience on android HAL or native android framework is a plus.
• Hands on experience on development of custom ROMs is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for working within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Work on development of PrimeOS new and existing features.
• Work on the porting of PrimeOS features to newer android versions.
• Work on system apps and stability of system components.
