Job Description for Legal – Contracts Basic qualification: LLB Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years in handling Pharma contracts Location : Andheri/Goregaon Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing commercial and legal contracts, domestic as well as international, related to pharmaceutical industry such as Confidentiality Agreements, Supply Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Contract Manufacturing Agreements, Loan License Agreements, Development Agreements, Profit Share Arrangements, etc.
- Closely working with business development teams on commercial agreements.
- Submitting periodic reports on agreements i.e. MIS, executed agreements, renewals, etc.
- Legal software updation / report generation / monitoring & tracking, MIS, filing and any other activity related to the legal department.
- Candidate should be able to handle contracts independently.
- Prior experience in pharma industry handling complex contracts is must.
- Candidate with prior experience in handling contract management software is preferred.
- Should be well versed in MS Word & MS Excel.
