VFX & 3D Video Artist (Architectural Visualization)

We are seeking a talented VFX and 3D Video Maker to create high-quality architectural visualizations, animations, and cinematic walkthroughs. The ideal candidate will be skilled in 3D modelling, rendering, animation, and post-production VFX to bring architectural designs to life. You will collaborate with architects, designers, and marketing teams to produce visually compelling presentations for clients and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include:

• 3D Visualization & Animation: Create realistic 3D models, animations, and cinematic walkthroughs of architectural projects.
• VFX Integration: Apply visual effects like lighting, reflections, particle effects, and motion graphics to enhance architectural videos.
• Rendering & Texturing: Develop high-quality renders using software like V-Ray, Lumion, Corona Renderer, or Unreal Engine.
• Camera & Cinematic Techniques: Implement smooth camera movements, depth of field, and lighting to create immersive experiences.
• Post-Production & Editing: Edit animations, add motion graphics, and fine-tune final outputs using software like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, and marketing teams to ensure project vision and branding consistency.
• Optimization: Optimize 3D models and animations for high-quality output without performance issues.
• Any other associated task or responsibilities assigned from time to time by the organization.

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Animation, VFX, Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Software Expertise: Proficiency in 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, Lumion, Unreal Engine, Maya, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Rendering Knowledge: Experience with V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or Redshift.
• Strong Artistic Skills: Understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to create hyper-realistic architectural visualizations.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges related to modeling, rendering, and post-production.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing past architectural VFX and 3D animation work.
• Experience in real estate marketing, interior design animations, or architectural presentations.
• Knowledge of VR/AR applications for architecture (a plus).
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
