1. Must have experience between 7 to 12 years
2. Ability to lead a team of 3 to 5 members
3. Ability to write detailed technical designs
4. Ability to speak to functional consultants, understand business requirements, and convert them into technical solutions
5. Ability to work on both ECC and S/4HANA projects for customers across the globe
6. Proficient in all RICEFW objects in core ABAP E.g.: Data Dictionary, All kinds of Reports and Programs, Enhancements, Forms (SAP Scripts, Smart forms, Adobe forms), Interfaces (BAPIs, IDOCs, APIs), Workflow, Webdynpro, Web services
7. At least 2 implementation or rollout experiences
8. Hands-on experience in OData and integrations with third-party solutions
9. Experience with SAP BTP is a plus
10. Proficient in ABAP on HANA and S/4HANA Implementation or SoH (Suite on HANA) experience.
11. Exposure to ABAP on HANA concepts like CDS and AMDP
12. Experience in developing automation in SAP using ABAP

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• SAP certification in SAP ABAP is a plus
