Junior QA Framework Developer

Junior QA Framework Developer We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Junior QA Framework Developer to join our growing team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and be involved in the entire software development life cycle, from concept to deployment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and optimize test framework code, tools, and infrastructure. Investigate and resolve bugs in the test framework and related tooling. Triage integration issues, replicate problems, and assist in identifying root causes and solutions. Escalate potential issues to the Project Manager/Executive team. Improve the performance, stability, and reliability of test frameworks and related systems. Identify areas for improvement in test coverage and methodology, providing actionable suggestions. Work closely with the QA Test Framework Architect and other team members to build the next generation of the company's test framework. Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Minimum of 2 years of experience in software engineering or automated test development, with a focus on Python. Strong understanding of OOP and SOLID design principles. Proficiency in test methodologies, including experience in system-level testing of physical devices. Familiarity with Linux command line and proficiency in shell scripting. Experience with common test frameworks such as PyTest, Behave, or similar. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Jenkins. Experience with Vector CANoe and automotive test tools is a plus. Experience in end-to-end testing of cloud-controlled or embedded products is a plus. Knowledge of C++ and/or Rust is a plus.
