We are seeking a skilled and experienced screen printing specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of screen printing techniques, including half-tone printing, and a strong understanding of the entire printing process. This role requires precision, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to produce high-quality prints on various materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain screen printing equipment and tools.
- Prepare screens, inks, and printing materials for production.
- Execute advanced printing techniques, including half-tone printing, with precision.
- Inspect and ensure print quality, making adjustments as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with printing equipment.
- Perform color mixing and matching to meet design specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the printing area.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain inventory of printing supplies and request replenishment as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in screen printing, including half-tone printing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the screen printing process, materials, and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret design specifications and artwork.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials when required.
- Prior experience in the UAE printing industry is a plus.
