Commercial Account Executive

Job Title: Commercial Account Executive Location: Kilkenny, Ireland Company: Campion Insurance Type: Full-time, Permanent Description: Campion Insurance, now part of PIB Group, is one of the largest insurance brokers in Ireland. We provide our clients with solutions to all their insurance needs ranging from home and motor insurance to complex commercial business packages. We also provide a full range of health, life, pension, investment, and mortgage products. We have offices located across Ireland. Our dedicated professional employees provide local expertise and service to all our clients. Role: You will be responsible for retaining and developing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. This role is suited to a positive and pro-active self-starter. Hard work, determination, and commitment will ensure your success within this role. Based from our Kilkenny office with the facility to work remotely on a hybrid basis after the initial training period. Your Responsibilities:

1. Achieve monthly retention and new business targets.
2. Proactively build your sales pipeline.
3. Become an expert in your target area.
4. Grow and develop niche knowledge in new business sectors.

Skills / Knowledge:

1. Proven sales and negotiation skills.
2. Excellent customer service experience.
3. Ability to network and build relationships.
4. Proactive approach to building and managing your account.
5. Focus on market and competitor insight.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. CIP, APA Commercial or Grandfathered Qualification.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in a commercial insurance role as a broker or in an insurance company (Fleets, Liability, Property, Farm, Motor Trade, Retail, PI, Cyber).
