IT Technical Support Manager Jobs in Saudi Arabia

It plays a crucial role in delivering first-line technical assistance to employees across Alansari Holding Company and its subsidiaries. Identify, diagnose, and resolve level-one incidents. Supporting voice, data, video, and other networking services. Responsibilities:
  1. System Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of the delivery system to ensure efficiency.
  2. Technical Support and Issue Resolution: Provide helpdesk support and technical assistance.
  3. Administer the company's existing digital infrastructure through routine evaluation and testing.
  4. Hire, source, and train new IT employees.
The IT Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the technology infrastructure and operations. As a Customers Technical Support Manager, you will lead customer technical support activities during tendering and execution. Minimum of two (2) years of managerial experience in IT support roles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
