About Qataryello: We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced IT leader to drive our information technology strategy forward.Job Overview
We require an IT professional with extensive experience in leading cross-functional project teams and formulating effective IT governance frameworks.Main Responsibilities:
- Drive Improvement of IT Governance Frameworks: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the overall efficiency and service delivery across multiple business units.
- Oversee Risk/Compliance Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk effectively.
- Collaborate on Data Governance Frameworks: Work closely with team members to establish and maintain robust data governance policies.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Develop and implement strategies to meet required quality and strategic standards for Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
- Manage IT Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Initiatives: Serve as the single point of contact for ESG initiatives within the organization.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field; Master's highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years operational experience working in IT, with at least 5 years experience in IT leadership positions managing cross-functional project teams.
- Expertise: Extensive exposure to IT governance formulation, budget planning, and organizational change management.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
