Job details

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and organize all project documents including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.
  2. Ensure that all documentation is stored securely and confidentially and is easily accessible to team members.
  3. Create and maintain a document control system that tracks all revisions and updates to project documentation.
  4. Coordinate with project teams to ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  5. Develop and maintain document control procedures and policies.
  6. Ensure that all documentation complies with relevant regulations and standards.
  7. Manage the distribution of project documents to internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Track and report on document control metrics, such as document turnaround time and error rates.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or engineering.
  2. At least 6 years of experience in document control in EPC company under Saudi Aramco projects.
  3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
