Millionway General Trading LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with expertise in egg sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the UAE’s food distribution market, with a proven track record of driving sales and managing key accounts. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to grow egg sales in the UAE market.
Identify and establish relationships with key distributors, retailers, supermarkets, and HORECA clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements to maximize profitability.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in egg sales within the UAE market.
Strong network within the food distribution and retail industry.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
