Millionway General Trading LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with expertise in egg sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the UAE’s food distribution market, with a proven track record of driving sales and managing key accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow egg sales in the UAE market.
- Identify and establish relationships with key distributors, retailers, supermarkets, and HORECA clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements to maximize profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Proven experience in egg sales within the UAE market.
- Strong network within the food distribution and retail industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
