Job Title: Head of Business Development Job Description The Head of Business Development will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company. They will identify business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop new markets to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a team. The Head of Business Development will work closely with senior management to develop and implement the business development strategy. Responsibilities

  1. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
  2. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
  3. Lead the negotiation and closure of business contracts.
  4. Develop and implement the business development strategy.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  6. Provide market feedback to senior management.
  7. Lead the business development team and support their professional growth.
  8. Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in business development or sales management.
  3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  4. Excellent leadership abilities.
  5. Knowledge of market trends and dynamics.
