Sales and Client Acquisition
- Identify and generate leads through networking, cold-calling, and other sales techniques.
- Engage prospective clients to understand their immigration needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Promote immigration programs, services, and benefits to potential customers.
- Follow the leads allotted through the Priority Management system, maintaining a systematic record of all conversations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Provide timely and accurate updates on immigration processes and application statuses.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assess clients’ eligibility for various immigration programs by reviewing their documents and profiles.
- Provide detailed advice and guidance on immigration pathways, documentation requirements, and timelines.
- Educate clients on the rules and policies of different countries’ immigration systems.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM systems with client information and progress.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, laws, and regulations to provide reliable advice.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information as per company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with processing teams, immigration consultants, and other departments to ensure smooth client handling.
- Share insights and feedback with management to improve services and processes.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging immigration trends.
- Participate in promotional events, seminars, or webinars to expand the company’s market presence.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of global immigration programs and policies.
