Sales and Client Acquisition

  1. Identify and generate leads through networking, cold-calling, and other sales techniques.
  2. Engage prospective clients to understand their immigration needs and offer tailored solutions.
  3. Promote immigration programs, services, and benefits to potential customers.
  4. Follow the leads allotted through the Priority Management system, maintaining a systematic record of all conversations.
Client Relationship Management
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
  2. Provide timely and accurate updates on immigration processes and application statuses.
  3. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Consultation and Guidance
  1. Assess clients’ eligibility for various immigration programs by reviewing their documents and profiles.
  2. Provide detailed advice and guidance on immigration pathways, documentation requirements, and timelines.
  3. Educate clients on the rules and policies of different countries’ immigration systems.
Sales Targets and Reporting
  1. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
  2. Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM systems with client information and progress.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Compliance and Documentation
  1. Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
  2. Stay updated on immigration policies, laws, and regulations to provide reliable advice.
  3. Maintain confidentiality of client information as per company policies and legal requirements.
Team Collaboration
  1. Collaborate with processing teams, immigration consultants, and other departments to ensure smooth client handling.
  2. Share insights and feedback with management to improve services and processes.
Market Research and Business Development
  1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging immigration trends.
  2. Participate in promotional events, seminars, or webinars to expand the company’s market presence.
Required Skills
  1. Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  2. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  3. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
  4. Knowledge of global immigration programs and policies.
