The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. 1. Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials
2. Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications
3. Read blueprints and drawings to determine project requirements
4. Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards, on time, and within budget
5. Maintain and repair tools and equipment
6. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
7. Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members on larger projects

1. Minimum of 3 years of professional carpentry experience
2. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
4. Solid understanding of building codes and safety regulations
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
6. Ability to work independently or as part of a team
7. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
8. Strong communication skills

1. Experience in residential and/or commercial projects
2. Ability to handle various carpentry tasks including framing, finish work, cabinetry, and more
