Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) Nationality: Any Arab National, Indian Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Administrator & PA to CEO to support our executive team and manage key administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling F, A, B contracts, managing listings, coordinating agent requests, and ensuring smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling confidential information.
  2. Oversee F, A, B contracts, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
  3. Manage property or business listings and coordinate with agents for updates and inquiries.
  4. Act as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  5. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  6. Handle travel arrangements, event planning, and other executive support functions.
  7. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and assist with decision-making processes.
Desired Candidate Profile Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate, contracting, or hospitality.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools.
