Operations Director: Full Time, Salaried ($70,000 - $75,000 pa) Hamilton, ON office based. Executive Summary: Christians Against Poverty, a Christian organization, partnering with local churches, with a Head Office in Hamilton, Ontario, is seeking a person-first, systems-oriented, experienced and motivated Operations Director (OD). Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the OD is responsible for ensuring CAP is continually improving the quality and effectiveness of our internal operations, fundraising, communications and marketing. You will be joining a growing and dynamic organisation, dedicated to our mission to inspire and equip church communities to walk alongside people facing financial insecurity, with practical tools and innovative solutions. We do this to demonstrate God's love and compassion for those experiencing poverty.
