The Opportunity Sunnybank Green Retirement Village is a tranquil community, set on well-maintained tropical gardens, offering a peaceful retirement living lifestyle for our independent living residents. Key Responsibilities Attend to various maintenance requests around the village (basic domestic repair tasks) Carry out preventative maintenance tasks (e.g high-pressure cleaning, smoke alarm checks and bins etc.) Maintain all village gardens including weeding, mowing, hedging, pruning, mulching and green waste removal Use our system app to log, track and record the progress of jobs completed Help out around the village with additional tasks What We Offer $29.92/hour + superannuation + relevant award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances Employee Referral Program and Employee Assistance Program Discounts to Health Insurance and Retail & Leisure partner providers Opportunities for further career progression About Us As a leader in retirement living, with 30 years' experience, Aveo provides the stability and confidence to try new things and keep innovating.
