As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and driven Territory Sales Representative - Dairy Industry to join our equally talented and driven team. Candidates can be based out of any Canadian location but will be required to travel to support our dairy industry clients. Candidates must have a background in and knowledge of the dairy, agriculture, and/or broader farming industries. The Position: You are a seasoned relationship manager, with a background in the dairy and/or broader farming industry. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our dealer network. The successful candidate will participate in bi-annual meetings with dealers, provide forecasts for sales budgets, assist with quoting, uncover new sales opportunities, and consistently focus on selling our state of the art dairy farm solutions. Position Requirements: To be considered for this role, you should have the following skills and background:

  • At least 3 to 5 years' experience in territory sales, within the dairy farm industry or Ag industry
  • A proven track record of success and the ability to meet sales targets
  • Bilingual competency in French and English is an asset
  • Ability to connect with dairy farm operators with a focus on partnering and relationship management
  • Knowledge of CRM applications
  • Driven and independent
  • Well-developed proficiency with MS Office
  • Be data-driven and able to analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Be a creative and innovative problem-solver to overcome challenges and drive sales growth.
  • Demonstrate adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Have excellent time management and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales goals.
  • Have a customer-centric approach and be committed to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Continuously improve their knowledge and skills through training, professional development, and staying up-to-date with industry trends
