As a Digital Strategist, you’ll take client briefs, understand their needs, and develop strategies that support their objectives. You will have a deep understanding of the entire marketing funnel, incorporating all elements necessary for a cohesive approach. Additionally, you will collaborate with our media partners to ensure a seamless integration of marketing efforts., you’ll play a key role in shaping the digital direction for our clients, ensuring seamless integration of digital initiatives across channels. This role involves deep expertise in digital strategy, user experience, content planning, analytics, and emerging digital trends to drive innovation and performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in client and new business pitches, as well as scoping projects and managing budgets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies that align with client business objectives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital experiences across websites, social media, paid media, and content marketing.
- Work closely with creative and development teams to enhance UX, optimize web performance, and implement innovative digital solutions.
- Conduct in-depth audience research and competitive analysis to inform digital decision-making.
- Lead the development of content strategies, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and SEO best practices.
- Manage digital analytics, leveraging data insights to optimize strategies and improve performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital innovations to drive strategic recommendations.
- Support business development efforts by providing strategic insights for pitches and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives within broader marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in digital strategy execution.
- 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, with at least 5 years in an agency role.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including web, social, paid media, and analytics.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to execute multi-channel digital initiatives.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with expertise in Google Analytics, SEO tools, and campaign performance metrics.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) is an asset.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
