THE OPPORTUNITY We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with the drive and vision to take on a leadership role in our new Sunshine Coast office. This is a unique chance to be part of something special from the ground up—helping shape our regional operations, build relationships with local clients, and contribute to projects that will have a lasting impact. As a key team member in this new location, you’ll have the opportunity to : Play a leading role in establishing and growing our Sunshine Coast office. Collaborate with our established teams in Brisbane while developing a strong local presence. Work on high-profile projects across diverse sectors, gaining unparalleled exposure and influence. Be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team where your contributions will make a tangible difference. YOUR ROLE Design and document electrical building services, including power, lighting, communications, security, and dry fire systems, using 3 D Revit and BIM software. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions. Help build and nurture client relationships, establishing DMA Engineers as a trusted partner in the region. Manage multiple projects, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery. Undertake initial training and induction at our Spring Hill office, with regular travel as needed. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, minimum 5 years total experience as an electrical engineer. Proficiency in electrical building services design and knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and the Building Code of Australia. Advanced skills in 3 D Revit, Power CAD, and BIM software, with experience in the Autodesk suite (Revit, Navisworks). Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proven initiative and problem-solving abilities. RPEQ accreditation (or actively working towards it). WHAT WE OFFER A pivotal role in shaping and growing our new Sunshine Coast office.
