Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive - Bilingual. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, driving business growth, and developing long-term partnerships with customers. The successful candidate will also be required to provide excellent customer service, and monitor client satisfaction and retention rates. At Vantree, customer relationships are our top priority. Responsibilities
  • Generate sales to new and existing customers in target industries.
  • Lead and coordinate sales opportunities in a collaborative approach.
  • Lead winning pitch meetings and work jointly with other team members to prepare winning product demonstrations.
  • Generate leads and contribute to lead nurturing programs.
  • Participate and represent Vantree at industry conferences.
  • Present the Vantree offering and its value proposition and build the Vantree brand.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in coordination with project delivery managers.
  • Maintain and administer sales processes and business systems, including pipeline, accounts and contacts, call plans, call reports and other administrative tasks to drive sales and administer the financial aspects of the business.
  • Understand industry trends and provide potential customers with Vantree knowledge, product positioning, and capabilities.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and sharing of knowledge, competitive information, products and methods, and new industry technologies.
Requirements and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or technology
  • 1-3 years of experience in software sales, customer success or IT project management
  • 1-3 years experience in supply chain or business analysis
  • Experience with ERPs such as SAP, Microsoft, Acumatica, Sage, etc. (asset)
  • Proficient in CRM, Excel and other collaborative tools such as MS Teams and Sharepoint
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Superior skills in listening, asking questions and documenting
  • Knowledge of EDI and related technologies is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Great social skills
