RP International are currently supporting an industry-leading consultancy that is currently working with a prominent client in the banking sector. We are seeking an experienced nCino Tech Lead with 9 to 12 years of experience to lead technical deliverables and provide end-to-end solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the nCino Banking Operating System , Salesforce integration , and loan origination processes . This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and Agile experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom applications, features, and integrations within the nCino Banking Operating System .
- Review and analyze complex business scenarios, operational processes, and conduct technical research to support business objectives.
- Convert business requirements into technical requirements in collaboration with Business System Analysts.
- Provide mentorship to the technical team and lead offshore development teams.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices for implementing and customizing complex solutions.
- Implement and manage continuous delivery and the release process within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides .
- Ensure smooth Salesforce integration using asynchronous Apex and other development tools .
- Deep understanding of the nCino Banking Operating System , including nCino objects, administration tools, and product hierarchy.
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration and development .
- Experience with Salesforce integration , asynchronous Apex , and other Salesforce development tools .
- Hands-on experience with at least one DevOps tool (e.g., Copado, ANT, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum, Prodly) to ensure smooth software development lifecycle and automation.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing offshore teams.
- Agile methodology experience .
- nCino and Salesforce certifications are required.
