Executive Assistant 3 month contract (potential to extend) Downtown Vancouver Hybrid Starting immediatley Hays Specialist Recruitment is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our client's team Immediately within the entertainment industry. This will be a 2 month contract in downtown Vancouver. This role is full-time role from Monday-Friday. It will mostly be in-office but will have some flexibility to work partially remote. The Role:
- Drafts, edits and coordinates the preparation and review of documents, reports and presentations
- Schedules and coordinates meetings and events, takes meeting minutes.
- Calendar management, arranging meetings
- processing expense claims and making travel and hospitality plans and arrangements.
- Provides administrative support to finance, procurement and contract administration.
- Processing invoices, and conducting financial reconciliations.
- Assists with contract coordination and administration, tracking and routing documents for appropriate approval.
- 3+ years of senior-level administrative experience supporting an executive level leader (VP & above).
- A self-starter with the ability to anticipate issues and proactively problem solv
- Strong proficiency MS Office
- Expereince with travel coordination and expenses
- Detail oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, multitask, make decisions and change course
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
