We specialize in creative strategy, branding, design, media, and the development of custom websites and digital experiences.   As a Social Media Specialist, we’re looking for someone who’s creative and will bring fresh, innovative ideas to social media. You’ll be at the forefront of digital culture, executing and optimizing social media strategies to build engagement and brand presence for our clients.   • Develop and execute engaging social media content across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content that aligns with each client’s brand voice and objectives.
  • Lead and execute monthly onsite content creation sessions, capturing photos and videos for social media use.
  • Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, and other visual content optimized for digital platforms.
  • Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments and fostering positive interactions.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools to refine strategy and maximize engagement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the creative and account teams to ensure brand consistency and content effectiveness.
  • Support influencer partnerships, paid social media campaigns, and social-first marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in brainstorming and executing creative social media strategies and campaigns.
  Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content best practices.
  • Experience creating and editing social media content, including short-form video (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software).
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging captions and posts.
  • A creative eye for photography, videography, and design.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for social media and a deep understanding of digital culture.
