Position Overview The Business Development Manager will focus on customer retention, satisfaction, and growth through upselling and cross-selling high-value solutions tailored to client needs. Location: Montréal, QC Work Model: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote Type of Position: Full-time, permanent Compensation: $80,000 base salary + commission + bonus + benefits + 4 weeks vacation. Annual earnings potential ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 or more. Main Responsibilities:
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention across North America by achieving success in key metrics such as renewals, reducing churn, and increasing revenue.
- Deliver impactful presentations of product value propositions to diverse audiences, including high-level executives, showcasing deep product knowledge.
- Foster customer growth by monitoring performance and product adoption, creating plans for expansion through new product offerings.
- Manage inbound and self-generated sales opportunities from the initial contact to closing the deal.
- Proven sales track record in the software industry, consistently exceeding targets.
- Exceptional sales skills, including customer qualification, product demonstrations, and deal closure.
- Tech-savvy, independent, and competitive, with a high drive for results and success.
- Growth-oriented mindset, with accountability for mistakes and a focus on collective goals.
- Fluent in English with impeccable clarity; French proficiency is a strong advantage.
