- Manage incoming and outbound call sales opportunities
- Connect with new and current clients to onboard, ensure satisfaction and build authentic, lasting relationships with SLi
- Resolve any client sales related inquiries by partnering with the appropriate internal resources
- 2+ years of individual life insurance sales, LLQP license with home provincial licensing in good-standing
- Proven ability to self-manage in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
- A passion for helping others and providing consultative customer advice and service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of accountability and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Commitment to ongoing service, process, and efficiency improvements
- Comfortable managing client escalations and able to problem-solve creatively
- Basic knowledge Google docs, Microsoft Office
- Computer (4k bench on the CPU 8gb ram, windows 10-11, 20 download and 10 download)
- Must have reliable access to High-speed internet
- Will also need an additional monitor
