Job Title: Field Maintenance Technician/Engineer Location: Quebec or Ontario (Bilingual Required) Length: Permanent Position Description: We are seeking a bilingual (English/French) Field Maintenance Technician/Engineer with a strong engineering or technical background to provide field-based support for cone crushers and mining equipment. While experience with cone crushers is preferred, we are open to training candidates with a solid foundation in maintenance, mechanical engineering, or millwright work. This role involves 50% remote work and 50% travel to mining sites across Quebec and Ontario. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical problem-solving skills and a strong academic background to tackle complex challenges in the field. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for cone crushers and mining equipment.
  • Conduct site inspections, provide feedback on equipment performance, and assist with repairs and optimization.
  • Develop and deliver client training on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
  • Travel to mining sites (40-60% of the time) for on-site support and inspections.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, mining, or related field, or equivalent technical experience (10+ years).
  • Experience with mining equipment, especially cone crushers, is required Bilingual (English/French) required .Ability to travel across Quebec and Ontario as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical support skills.
