Store Keeper/ Warehouse Officer

Job Summary

Our client a Pharmaceutical wholesale distributor is looking for a Warehouse Officer is responsible for Receiving materials incoming from vendor, managing warehouse/ store stock, replenishing shop floor stock and maintaining accurate stock record.

Warehouse Officer Responsibilities:

Maintain and monitor the accuracy of inventory and timely replenishment.

Ensure all documentations related to responsibility are accurately processed, distributed and released to all concerned in a timely manner.

Ensures all responsibilities are complied with any company policy, systems, and industry.

Makes sure stock is arranged for easy physical count and stock taking

Replenish shop floor stock constantly

Managed inbound logistics

Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods received and goods dispatched including labeling of all stock items

Report all warehouse activities on monthly for stock inventory, pallets kept at warehouses both internal and external.

To ensure physical stock take correct in compared to system and give explanation for variances

Requirement:

NCE, OND,

At least 1 year store or warehouse experience

High level of Integrity

Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with ability to pay attention to detail.

Reporting skills and ability to analyze Information.

Basic computer Knowledge

Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects

Proximity to Surulere, Ojuelegba , Yaba would be most preferred
