About the role Momentum Staffing Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Draughtsman/Drafter to join our dynamic team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a Draughtsman/Drafter, you will play a crucial role in the design and architectural process, contributing to the successful delivery of our projects. What you'll be doing

• Producing detailed and accurate technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (Revit) software
• Interpreting design briefs and translating concepts into detailed drawings
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure the design intent is accurately captured
• Providing technical support and problem-solving during the design and construction phases
• Maintaining and updating design documentation and project records
• Assisting with the preparation of presentations and visualizations as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Draughtsman/Drafter in the design and architectural industry
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Revit software
• Strong technical drawing and design skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• A creative mindset and passion for design and architecture
