As a Smart IT Specialist/Network Engineer, you will work independently to complete installation of distributed audio systems, IOT Systems, AV equipment, smart home control, shading and lighting systems.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, implement and troubleshoot networks
- Design and support network systems and infrastructure
- Configure and operate routers and switches
- Monitor network performance and make recommendations based on performance analysis
- Complete in-home consultation and assessment
- Activating and upgrading systems with enhanced technology
- Perform activation of equipment: (Cameras(interior &exterior) Security hardware e.g door/window sensor, motion detectors, touch screen panels, IOT and Smart Home devices
- Complete customer on-boarding and education of key products and services
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience with IOT, network administration and information systems
- Knowledge of IP networking and systems
- Tech savvy
