Data Quality Specialist

Job Description and Responsibilities TITLE: Data Quality Specialist BUSINESS: CIRCOR Industrial, Pumps EMEA LOCATION: Thane, India DIRECT REPORTING: Team Leader – Aftermarket Support Position Details: Position Summary: This role will be responsible for data quality maintenance and improvements of our installed base and entitlement calculation tool. Will play a vital role in the development of our sales support tool and sales growth initiatives. Background: Our installed base has been gathered in one place (Front End tool). As our products are sold through many different channels (OEM, Channel Partners, Shipyards etc), where the end users are not known, final installation address must be collected from all channels, maintained and updated. This will contribute to the overall success of our organization potential in Sales. Principal Activities

• Be the stake holder for gathering end user information
• Analize quality of various sources, organize and execute the data quality plans to reach the goals
• Monitor processes and take corrective actions if needed
• Contribute to further development of the sales support tool
• Cross functional communication and contacts with our internal companies and external Channel Partners & OEM’s to support in data quality improvements

• Very good analytic skills and a good understanding of data base structures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work with complex spreadsheets is a must
• Good knowledge in SAP or other ERP and CRM systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
• Very good English skill. Other languages (i.e. German) are a plus

• 2 years professional experience in sales support activities.
• Any Graduate.
