Job details
- Work under the Training & Development Lead to identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers
- Work with the T&D Lead to develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs
- Develop training manuals that target tangible results
- Assess employees’ skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement
- Manage the technology platforms and technical personnel required to develop, manage, and deliver training
- Master degree in Human Resources or a related field is a must
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development execution
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in business and communication tools
- Proficiency in usage of Learning Management Systems
