Job Title: Head of Training and Corporate Relations Desired Qualification and Experience: MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution. Min 8 years of experience in training and development, corporate relations, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Essential criterion: Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs. A strong network of corporate contacts and experience in campus recruitment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills. Knowledge of learning management systems and training technologies. Reporting authority: Chief Corporate Relations & Outreach Officer- IGI CTC : 8-10 LPA The Head of Training and Relations is a key leadership position responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing all last-mile training and development initiatives for PG students while also fostering strong relationships with corporate partners to facilitate internships, placements, and industry collaborations. This role requires a dynamic and experienced individual with a passion for education and a deep understanding of the corporate world. Responsibilities: Training & Development: Assess the training needs of UG/PG students through surveys, feedback, and industry analysis. Develop and deliver a comprehensive training curriculum encompassing soft skills, leadership development, career readiness, and industry-specific skills. Design and implement innovative training programs, workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions. Oversee the delivery of training programs, ensuring quality and effectiveness. Manage and mentor a team of trainers and career counsellors. Stay abreast of the latest trends in business education and training methodologies. Corporate Relations: Develop and execute a strategic plan to build and maintain strong relationships with corporations across diverse sectors. Identify and engage potential recruiters for internships and full-time positions. Organize campus recruitment drives, career fairs, networking events, and industry guest lectures. Collaborate with faculty and program directors to align curriculum with industry needs. Promote the MBA program and its students to corporate partners through effective marketing and communication. Budget & Administration: Manage the budget for training and development activities. Track and analyze training program effectiveness and student outcomes. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
