AP Analyst | Remote | Night Shift

This position will be responsible for performing and reviewing accounts payable function, its processes, and its relationships with our vendors and finance team. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams (including Legal, Finance, IT and HR) and must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization. WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH:

1. Responsible for processing invoices in Coupa
2. Audit expense reports
3. Log into vendors portals to download invoices
4. Review vendors statements and request copy of invoices
5. Send out monthly email to vendor for monthly statements
6. Add new hires and make necessary updates in Concur and Domo
7. Help manage expenses inbox and reply to inquiries
8. Review invoices on-hold and follow up with requesters
9. Assist with various year-end tasks, such as 1099’s, fitness expense reports, SPIFF program
10. Create new vendors and request W9s
11. Apply payments in our ERP system
12. Help with and support any ad hoc projects for the team

1. Minimum 5+ years’ experience in accounts payable processing
2. Experience in Coupa and Concur is necessary
3. NetSuite or similar ERP system experience is a plus
4. Highly self-motivated individual who is disciplined, detail-oriented, and works well under pressure in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment required
5. Good working knowledge using Excel
6. Ability to function in a highly confidential environment
7. Must demonstrate attention to detail, analytical abilities and consistent follow-through, including project management skills
8. Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including legal, HR, payroll, accounting and finance
