Scheduling Analyst

Position : Scheduling Analyst Location : Cure Fit HQ, HSR Layout, Bangalore Responsibilities: Schedule Creation and Maintenance:

• Generate class schedules based on demand, trainer availability, and facility constraints.
• Regularly update schedules to accommodate changes, cancellations, or additional classes.
• Ensure optimal utilization of trainers time with effective planning
• Design and develop detailed schedules to ensure adequate coverage for operations across different shifts, locations, or functions.

• Analyze historical and real-time data to forecast resource needs accurately.
• Identify trends, seasonal variations, and potential risks to recommend proactive scheduling adjustments.
• Provide insights and reports on schedule efficiency, adherence, and overall resource utilization.

• Assign trainers to specific group classes based on their expertise, availability, and class requirements.
• Collaborate cross functionally to address any scheduling conflicts or preferences.
• Manage dynamic adjustments to schedules in response to real-time changes, such as employee absenteeism, operational demands, or emergencies
• Maximize resource efficiency by ensuring minimal downtime while avoiding overstaffing.
• Recommend solutions to address inefficiencies and reduce costs while maintaining operational excellence.

• Effectively communicate schedule changes, updates, and priorities to relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with other departments to align schedules with available resources
• Optimize trainer assignments to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Adjust schedules based on anticipated demand fluctuations.

• 2 years of experience in Logistics, supply chain, last mile, manpower management, control tower etc.
• Have worked on SLA and TAT related projects.
• Have strong experience and hands on work in planning, rostering, logistics management.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage complex scheduling scenarios.
• Strong judgment and instincts and able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment
• Strong people management skills and ability to lead by example
• High level of energy and proactive nature. A sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential.
